Integrative Therapeutic Techniques
We understand that no one therapeutic approach fits all people and that culturally, traditional talk therapy does not fully align with your culturally needs. In additional to traditional therapeutic approaches such as CBT, psychodynamic, and trauma informed, our practice may include expressive and culturally relevant techniques such as storytelling, mindfulness, art, music, community healing and other creative and culturally aligned methods that resonate with our clients. While we honor traditional “talk therapy,” this integrative approach helps individuals explore their thoughts and feelings in diverse ways, facilitating deeper insights and connections.
